On-Site Laundry & Bike Storage Room
Our building offers a set of standard features for all our cooperative members. We have a variety of different unit layouts and the following are our current highlights:
Kitchen
Standard across all units located within it's own independent room/space
Full Size Bathrooms
Includes sink, mirror vanity, bathtub, water conserving toilet
Walk-in Closet
While size vary, the majority of units have plenty of walk-in space
In-Building Laundry
Pay via app or reloadable laundry card; may set up app to receive alerts when load cycle finishes
Internet
Utility paid independently by each owner through their own selected service provider. Known ISPs in our building are Astound and Xfinity
Gas
For members whose units have a gas cooking stove, they pay this utility independently through their own Washington Gas account
Electric Cooling & Heating
Wall unit comes with each apartment; member pays for this electricity through PEPCO
Bike Storage Room
Fob access for bike storage located on the basement floor
Package Room
Located on the first floor, digital finger print access for delivered packages
Front Door Intercom System
Phone number callbox system allows one to grant access to the front door of the building
Compost Waste Collection
Collection bin located outside of the rear door on the ground floor of the building; co-op provides collection materials (e.g., kitchen collection tote, compostable collection bags, etc.) for members with the support of the DC government
Trash and Recycling
Dumpsters located in the rear of the building, bulk removal pick-ups scheduled quarterly
Water
Paid through your monthly assessment fee, meaning no independent water bill
Street Parking
DC registered vehicles may purchase residential parking permits (RPPs) through DC DMV. To reserve parking spaces with "emergency no-parking" signs, contact DC DOT (DDOT).
Guest Parking
Visitor parking permits are available through the DCPark program completed online
Unloading/Loading Area
Access area at the rear of the building utilizing the co-op parking spaces
Elevator
Service to all 7 floors plus the basement level; two emergency stairwells located on each floor
Building Manager
On-site property manager available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
